6200 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

Effective Date: 1 January 2026

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 6200 platform. Please read it carefully before registering an account or using any of the services provided.

1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 6200 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any related service — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 6200. Acceptance of these terms occurs automatically when you click the "Register" button, complete the account registration process, or continue using the platform after the effective date of any posted changes.

The 6200 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering or using the platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 6200 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that does not satisfy this requirement.

2

Account Creation and Security Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 6200 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual, registering with false information, or sharing an account with another party is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account login credentials. 6200 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify 6200 through the customer support centre immediately and change your password without delay.

The information you provide during registration — including your full name, phone number, and payment details — must be accurate and up to date. You agree to update this information should any changes occur. Failure to provide accurate information may hinder the processing of your fund withdrawals.

3

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

As a user of the 6200 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without compensation:

  • Using bot software, automated scripts, or any technical tool that provides an unfair advantage in any game or transaction.
  • Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the functionality of the 6200 platform systems.
  • Engaging in any activity related to money laundering or financial fraud through the platform.
  • Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party.
  • Exploiting any bugs, system errors, or technical vulnerabilities to obtain unauthorised benefit.

6200 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action, including freezing account funds while an investigation is ongoing.

4

Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the 6200 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via locally available payment methods, including online banking and approved e-wallets. 6200 does not accept direct cash payments.

All deposits are final once processed and credited to your account. You are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate before confirming any transaction. 6200 shall not be liable for any loss arising from incorrect information submitted by the user.

For fund withdrawals, requests will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal policy in effect at the time. The name on your bank account or e-wallet must match the name registered on your 6200 profile. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in delays or rejection of your withdrawal. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to change and will be communicated via the platform. Any third-party fees incurred in connection with your transactions are your sole responsibility.

6200 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing for a reasonable period for anti-fraud investigation or identity verification purposes. In such cases, customer support will contact you for further information.

5

Limitation of Liability, Account Policies & Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability: The 6200 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 6200 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of any information displayed, or the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 6200 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

Account Suspension and Closure: 6200 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in cases of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, instructions from relevant authorities, or for legitimate operational reasons. Suspended accounts may have restricted access and transactions while an investigation is in progress. Account closure decisions made in connection with a breach of terms are final.

Intellectual Property: All content on the 6200 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of 6200 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from 6200. Use of the 6200 name or trademarks for any commercial purpose without authorisation is prohibited.

Third-Party Links: The 6200 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 6200 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to those links is entirely at your own risk.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

6200 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

Continued use of the 6200 platform following any posted changes to the terms will be considered your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and may contact customer support to arrange account closure if required.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 6200 platform shall first be resolved through voluntary discussion. If unresolved, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate jurisdiction under Malaysian law.

For any enquiries regarding these Terms and Conditions, you may reach us at: [email protected] or through the help centre available after logging in to your account.
